Circuit Training

You work at your own pace. Each person will find a level based upon his or her fitness level and ability and work to it. Each exercise has a beginner, intermediate and advanced level, so as to be appropriate for all ages and abilities.

The classes are always varied. The equipment used, structure and style of the Circuit, groupings of trainers, timings, rest periods and intensity is constantly varied to ensure the concept continually gives results and doesn't become boring.

Circuit Training is open to males and females to participate on an even level. Circuit Training can dramatically improve strength, speed, stamina, power, endurance, balance, co-ordination and skill.

Sculpt & Tone

A Class dedicated to reshaping and toning the entire body – suitable for all fitness levels.

Step Aerobics

“ Core Conditioning and Posture Re- Education”

Aqua Aerobics

An invigorating water workout combining cardiovascular exercises with upper and lower body conditioning
Come to the pool for a low impact, but extremely effective class which will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized for the rest of the day.

Swimming Class

Classes are held for both Beginners and Improvers & Adult & Children

Parent & Toddler
Get your children swimming in a happy active environment. Ideal for parent and child bonding and interaction with other children. Recommended age for children is between 9months & 2yrs

- All classes run for a course of 6 weeks and must be prepaid
- All classes run for 45 minutes
- Maximum 20 people per dry class
- Maximum 12 people per wet class
- Children from 4 yrs - are eligible for swimming classes
