the cost of joining Escape Leisure?

Q:
What does
my membership entitle me to?
A:
Membership
entitles you to use of the clubs pool, sauna, steam
room, Jacuzzi, Gymnasium. On joining you will receive
a thorough fitness assessment and our specialised instructors
will devise an exercise plan to suit your schedule,
goals and lifestyle.
Members may also partake in complimentary Aerobics,
Step Aerobics & Circuit Training classes. You may
also sign up for more specialised classes at an additional
charge. |
Q:
Can I become
a member of the pool or gym only?
A:
No –
membership is for the entire club and all its facilities |
Q:
Is there
a minimum period for which I must join the club
A:
Membership
runs for a 12 month period after which you can renew
or cancel your membership. |
Q:
Can I bring
a friend?
A:
As a member
you can bring a guest on payment of the relevant fee:
- Adults €10
- Children €5 |
Q:
What provision
is made for children?
A:
Children
are allowed to use the swimming pool up to 7pm on weekday
evenings and 9pm at the weekends. Children (under 15
yrs) must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Classes for children are available in swimming &
“Kids Fit” in our aerobics studio.
A playroom is also available on an hourly drop in basis
for children from 6 months upwards. (See our facilities
page for times and fees) |
Q:
Do I get
a fitness assessment and training programme?
A:
Membership
includes an initial fitness assessment, individual fitness
programme, and instruction in how to use each piece
of equipment and ongoing support and advice from fitness
instructors. |
Q:
I have
been a member of another club and am experienced in
using fitness equipment – do I need a fitness
assessment?
A:
Different gyms use different makes of
equipment with different features, so in order for you
to help you to achieve your goals in the safest and
most beneficial manner we would advise that you meet
with one of our fitness instructors before using the
equipment. |
Q:
Is water
provided in the club?
A:
Water fountains
are located in the gym and beside the Jacuzzi. A full
range of mineral waters, minerals and health drinks
are available for purchase in reception. |
Q:
Where can
I store my clothes and personal items while in the pool/gym?
A:
Lockers
are provided for members use. |
Q:
Can I put
my membership on hold?
A:
Memberships
may be put on hold for medical reasons only |
